Assembly
The Decoration & Assembly Associate is responsible for decorating, assembling, and finishing products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures products meet quality standards while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety guidelines.
Responsibilities

Decorate products using established processes (printing, labeling, or finishing)

Assemble components and finished goods according to specifications

Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met

Remove non-conforming items and report issues to supervisors

Operate basic production and assembly equipment

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE at all times

Meet production goals and maintain efficiency throughout the shift

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues
Qualifications and Skills

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
