Assembly
Responsibilities
-
Must have a high school diploma
-
Must pass test showing at least ninth grade level in mathematics and reading comprehension
-
Must demonstrate ability to perform SPC required on job
-
All out of control conditions are to be addressed immediately by the assembler
-
Prepare bladders for curing utilizing assembly instructions
-
Assist in curing parts as required
-
Demonstrate ability to perform measurements specified in assembly procedure
-
Be capable of lifting an assembled bladder from the assembly bench to the curing pans without assistance
-
Must be able to inspect incoming raw materials for compliance with specifications
-
Must be able to inspect material in process to all applicable standards and record inspection data on appropriate forms for submission to the customer

Perform daily and major cleanups
-
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Vision 20/20 with or without correction
Qualifications and Skills
-
Ability to pass a basic skills assessment demonstrating at least a ninth-grade level in mathematics and reading comprehension.

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments preferred.

Ability to perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) functions required for the position.

Ability to lift and move assembled products without assistance.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written assembly instructions and procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and follow all safety and quality standards.

Good communication and problem-solving skills to report issues and maintain production quality.

Pay Rate is $19.08 per hour

Train on 1st Shift then moved to 2nd/3rd shift
