Warehouse & Appliance Delivery Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse & Appliance Delivery Assistant. This hybrid role combines warehouse operations with delivery support to ensure the seamless handling and delivery of appliances to customers. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and comfortable with physical tasks such as loading, unloading, and assembling appliances.
Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming appliances and inventory.

Safely load appliances and supplies onto delivery vehicles.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Assist with inventory tracking and management, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Ride along with delivery drivers to assist with the safe unloading and placement of appliances at customer locations.

Ensure proper handling of appliances to prevent damage during transportation and installation.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns during deliveries.

Support delivery drivers in navigating logistics, unloading schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in appliance delivery, installation, or repair is highly desirable.

Ability to lift and move heavy appliances consistently and safely and utilize team lift when appropriate.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Basic computer skills for documentation, electronic communication, and accessing product information.

Prior customer service experience strongly preferred.

Mechanically inclined individuals a plus.

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required.

Background check required.
