Administrative/Personal Assistant
A growing, locally based organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative / Personal Assistant to support the owner of a growing local business with both administrative and operational needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, managing multiple priorities, and serving as a dependable point of support. The position offers a mix of in-person work with some flexibility as the role continues to evolve.
Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative and personal support to the owner

Manage calendars, scheduling, reminders, and coordination of meetings

Organize and prioritize email communications; flag time-sensitive items

Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner

Assist with order tracking, shipping coordination, inventory documentation, and recordkeeping

Maintain organized digital files, notes, and administrative systems

Support travel planning, appointments, and occasional event coordination

Run errands, manage supplies, and coordinate service providers as needed

Assist with improving and streamlining administrative and operational processes

Provide general office and administrative support as priorities evolve
Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role preferred

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and follow through on tasks

Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive or confidential information

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Professional, calm demeanor with problem-solving ability

Comfortable working in a primarily in-person (70%) role with some (30%) remote
