Part Time - Administrative Assistant

This role is ideal for someone who is kind, organized, dependable, and able to support families with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist families with compassion, empathy, and professionalism

Manage incoming phone calls and general office communications

Prepare, organize, and maintain records, files, and documentation

Support staff with daily tasks including filing, copying, and office upkeep

Assist with ordering and managing office supplies

Help families with life-insurance processing

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications and Skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office software

Ability to learn new systems quickly

Capable of multitasking in a sensitive, service-focused environment

Able to maintain strict confidentiality and handle delicate situations with discretion
