Administrative Assistant
A Pittsburgh company is seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. In this role, you will handle clerical tasks such as data entry, mail and scanning, payroll support, and general office duties. You’ll also provide occasional customer service assistance. Responsibilities

Process incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, and filing.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

Provide support with payroll and light bookkeeping tasks.

Assist with general office operations as needed.

Offer customer service support when required.

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous administrative or office experience preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Dependable, positive, and able to handle multiple priorities.
