Administrative Assistant
A large local Erie organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is personable and highly organized to support the office of a high-level executive. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
Responsibilities

Act as a positive departmental representative to staff, students, and visitors.

Manage and oversee reception duties.

Assist with incoming and outgoing messaging for the department.

Maintain internal filing system and processing letters, correspondence, reports, etc.
-
Effectively communicate between the department, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Contribute to the overall function of the office by coordinating news and social media posts.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
-
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite.

Previous office experience in administrative support or reception is required

High school diploma or GED required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Ability to use standard office equipment.

Ability to competently multi-task and identify priority tasks.

Ability to operate independently and anticipate potential problems.
