Administrative Assistant - Temporary
A reputable company in Franklin, PA is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant for a 4–8 week temporary assignment. This position plays a key role in supporting the Purchasing Department and requires a strong administrative background, excellent customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks independently while working collaboratively with the team.
Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Department

Process invoices, contracts, and related procurement documents

Maintain accurate data entry and organized recordkeeping of supplier and purchasing information

Communicate professionally with internal teams and vendors

Assist with additional administrative projects as needed
Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous administrative experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
