Part-Time Accounting Clerk
A local company is seeking a dependable Accounting Clerk to provide part-time support for their office team. This role is ideal for someone with prior accounting experience who enjoys working with numbers and can manage tasks like bill payment, payroll support, and QuickBooks tracking. Candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently will be a strong fit.
Responsibilities

Assist with managing accounts payable and paying company bills.

Perform partial payroll processing while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Utilize QuickBooks to track and reconcile financial information.

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as needed.

Support the office with various accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in an Accounting Clerk or similar role.

Must have QuickBooks experience

Strong mathematical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.

Familiarity with payroll processes and corporate accounting practices.
