3rd Shift Residential Staff
Our client is seeking dependable and compassionate 3rd Shift Residential Staff to provide overnight supervision for high school students participating in a residential educational program. This position plays an important role in ensuring student safety, responding to concerns during overnight hours, and helping students maintain a successful schedule while living on campus.
Responsibilities

Provide overnight supervision of residential students from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Monitor student safety and well-being throughout the shift.

Respond appropriately to student concerns, questions, or emergencies.

Communicate overnight activities and incidents to program staff.

Follow and assist with emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.

Ensure students are awake and prepared for classes in the morning.

Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment.

Enforce program and residence hall policies and expectations.
Qualifications and Skills
-
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to establish positive rapport with high school students.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently.

Previous residential life, youth services, education, counseling, or related experience is a plus.

Clean criminal background required.

Must obtain and maintain Act 33, Act 34, Act 114 (FBI Fingerprinting), and Act 168 clearances.

Must sign Child Protective Services Staff Disclosure Statement.

Must meet Immigration Reform Act employment eligibility requirements.
